Restoration Project Coordinator

Job Description

Position Summary

This role reports directly to the Project Manager and works closely with the Claims Department, Estimating, Accounting, Vendors/Subcontractors, and Insurance Adjusters to ensure restoration projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and to client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate subcontractors across all trades and projects
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate notes in the client database system
  • Establish and manage construction timelines
  • Review scopes of work with clients and ensure expectations are met
  • Proactively address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Anticipate project challenges and recommend solutions to the Project Manager
  • Monitor project progress and communicate issues or delays as they arise
  • Provide regular project status updates to internal teams
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager on troubleshooting and quality control
  • Ensure all project documentation is completed and properly signed
  • Partner with Estimating to confirm submission of all contract documents
  • Process vendor and subcontractor invoices on a weekly basis
  • Participate in weekly project update meetings
  • Identify required permits and submit documentation to the appropriate city when needed
  • Coordinate field schedules to ensure coverage and minimize gaps
  • Upload and maintain site visit photos within the client database
  • Ensure all project activities are completed in a timely and organized manner

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-trade construction or a related field
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Schedule

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay Range: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
